
I have not been blogging much as I am preparing for a roundtable discussion entitled, ‘Biko: I Write What I Like: a discussion of the writings and life of Steve Biko,’ hosted by Columbia University’s Institute of African Studies. [2007 is the 30th anniversary of Biko's brutal murder and also coincides with Biko's a resurgence (mainly) as a commerical icon.]
The other panelists are Amanda Alexander, Lewis Gordon and Hlonipha Mokoena.
