The news is that Robert Mugabe and his handlers slash advisers — after being surprised at how soundly he was defeated in Presidential elections — are now trying to suggest Morgan Tsvangirai won not with a clear enough majority (technically a plurality of the votes, i.e. 51% or more) so as to force a run-off election. This is while Zanu-PF and the electoral commission slow down the release of the results.
