Nothing. Its just an opportunity to exploit an African link: Pessoa, born in Portugal, grew up in Durban, South Africa, studied at what became the University of Cape and went back to Lisbon (see here). It also presents me with an opportunity to post a picture I took of Brazilian novelist Mareline Felinto posing in front of the Pessoa statue in downtown Durban some time ago.
