Jeffrey Sachs knows what poor people need

Fresh from saving Russia and Bolivia’s economies, hanging with his friend Bono, and in-between solving the whole globe’s problems, Jeffrey Sachs (writing in the UK Guardian) figured out what poor people need. Again. Mobile phones,text messaging and the Internets. Serious.
