Two stories by journalist Ed Stocker in The National (Abu Dhabi) about the 2009 edition of the premier African Film Festival, FESPACO, held in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.  The first on the festival’s history an impact and a second on the winners of the ‘African Oscars’.
