It was my first time seeing them live and they are definitely real thing. Though they don’t necessarily would market themselves as “a South African” or “African” band, these guys are redefining South African and African music the way people experience the continent’s music here. (I could sense some of this awkwardness in the crowd, and so did my friends, but we could be wrong).
Really love the BLK JKS and enjoy their almost inexplicable sound
