Siddhartha Mitter, a cultural reporter for New York City public radio station, WNYC–and more importantly a mate of mine–did a feature on Nollywood film culture in New York City (the story was prompted by the inclusion of a Nollywood film, “Area Boys,” in the New York African Film Festival. The film festival is going on this week and part of next week at Lincoln Center’s Walter Reade Theater.
